Photography and me? Well, that’s a pretty short story really. I picked up a new-to-me camera in late 2017 after a two-decade long break (read: since high school) from photography with the idea to capture live music but with no idea where to start. I learned real fast though, reading and watching every thing I could about “how to” and less than two weeks later I had my first gig (Waxahatchee) lined up with a camera I barely knew how to use.

Cut to the present day and I have since had the privilege of photographing artists I never would have dreamed possible when I started out, from local acts to Grammy winners, from bars to amphitheaters, there isn’t much that I love more than the energy of a live show and finding just the right moment to capture.
